We’ll count down the 40 biggest hits from the video music era!

MTV is shutting down some of its branded music channels as of the 31st, so this is the perfect time to look back at the fan favorites and most memorable videos of the ’80s and ’90s.

You’ll see all the big stars like Madonna, Prince, and Michael Jackson, but we’ll also have some of the one-hit wonders that made it to the top of the charts.
