Spring Break Weekend!

A group of students from Iowa, Indiana and Ohio, gather for a pick-up football game on Siesta Beach. Cool temperatures and windy conditions may have dampened the spirits of spring breakers this week, but by Wednesday afternoon March 18, 2026, the sun was out and people were taking advantage of it to enjoy Siesta Beach.

This weekend marks the first day of spring for 2026 – so it’s a perfect excuse to break out some SPRING BREAK PARTY HITS!

That’s right, we’ll load up the playlist with upbeat and fun springtime hits from the video music era of the ’80s & ’90s!

Joe Cortese will also tell you about some new concert tours already announced for the summer AND the song that hundreds of bars used when it was last call in the late ’90s, early 2000s!
